and Delivery
UK Mainland Delivery costs:
When adding an item to your basket, our website will calculate your
delivery charged based on location and weight. If you are unsure, please click
"estimate shipping & tax" for confirmation.
Please be aware, our cut off time for orders to be processed the same day is 2:00 PM, if your order is URGENT, please reply to your order confirmation and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery
is FREE on all orders placed via our website of £100 or more*.
Please
be advised, in most cases a courier will be used. This will be confirmed on your
shipping confirmation email.
For stocked items, please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery. For none-stocked
items, please allow a little longer, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges and your
delivery date.

UK Delivery Costs Outside of Mainland UK :
Deliveries to the following locations will incur additional charges and may
take up to two working days longer:
· The
Scottish Highlands & Islands
· The
Isle of Wight
· The
Isle of Man
· Northern Ireland
A
delivery charge will apply on ALL orders placed by other means, such as adverts
on other market selling places, quotation, pro/forma invoice or unless
mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to implement a delivery charge may
apply for none stocked items, please contact us for further information.
UK Standard Delivery Further Information:
You
can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that's convenient for
you, including Hospitals, Airports and Prisons.
You
can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order and we will
ensure to pass onto our courier, however Compressed Air Systems UK are not
liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery
instructions are left for the carrier.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING FESTIVE SEASONS
OR BANK HOLIDAYS, DELIVERIES WILL TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. DELIVERIES
DURING THIS TIME ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 9 WORKING DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING
SUNDAYS), WE WILL CONFIRM THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR
ORDER.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day
for this.
Delivery
will take place between 07:00 and 17:00 and in most cases a signature may be
required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't
a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card
with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
Privacy
& Security
We
only share information with trusted third parties if you have given us
permission to do so when creating your account. We do reserve the right to
disclose pertinent information in certain circumstances clearly stated in the
Privacy Policy of our terms & conditions.
Compressed
Air Systems UK operates a fraud prevention policy and undertakes searches for
the purpose of verifying your identity & details. Agencies we use may check
details you supply against particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to
which they have access. They may also use your details in the future to assist
other companies for verification purposes. By submitting your order you agree
to this.

Returns
& Replacements
If you need to return an item you have
ordered from us, you can do so within 7 working days however, a restocking
charge of 50% applies to all returns. For your convenience you can return items
the following ways within the UK:

Air Systems UK within seven days of your order date
It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received
your order should you choose to send it back to us. For finance options, your
order will be classed as a non-refundable deposit/ processing charge. If your
finance is accepted, as a gesture of goodwill your deposit will cover your
delivery charges, should your finance be declined, your deposit will not be refunded;
this is to cover our processing costs.
If you require a replacement, please make contact with us to arrange. You will
be liable for any delivery and processing charges (where applicable). We cannot
accept responsibility for incorrectly ordered items.
Ordering
You
can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an
account, but to make any purchases you need to provide an email address. We
recommend making an account using your email address and creating a password,
however you may checkout as a guest. Once you've created an account, shopping
with us will be even easier:

Out of Stock Policy
Our
inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this
event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you
that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you
with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for
the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again
within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise advised. We will do our best to inform you
when your item will be back in stock when we contact you about the out-of-stock notification.

do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other company’s
websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need
